Kmart Carrum Downs Open Today Thursday 25th June
We can hear you loud and clear. All you want to know is when will Kmart Carrum Downs open. For 12 months we have been told it will open late March 2015 but sitting here in mid Feb and only a few exterior walls are up, it seems months before Kmart will open in the Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre.
Update: Opening Date of Kmart Carrum Downs
A representative of Kmart has informed us that the official opening date is Thursday June 25th June. Get excited shoppers. They have terrific opening specials and more in store.
Kmart Tyre and Auto
Outside of the new Kmart will be a Kmart Tyre and Auto store, which I think is a fantastic move on behalf of the owners, Wesfarmers. Apart from a few small motor mechanics in Carrum Downs, we have needed a car servicing and tyre sales place in Carrum Downs for years and it is finally here.
One Stop Shopping
It is becoming a one stop shopping centre. You can leave your car for a service, get a haircut, do some grocery and fruit and vegie shopping, even have a massage, all without leaving the shopping centre. Now with Kmart Carrum Downs open date drawing near, you will not have to go anywhere else.

The new K Mart store is fantastic.It will be a great boost for the shopping centre and our community. I have worked in K Mart in Burwood East, When I heard about the new store in Carrum Downs I wanted to apply for some casual employment,but I missed out. So many people wanted to apply…I love K. MART.
